Shipping and Returns

Shipping options include UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air, UPS 3 day select, UPS ground, UPS Standard for Canada, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped USPS cost a flat fee of $6.50 for shipping and handling. UPS orders are integrated and calculated per individual order at checkout. All purchases over $55.00 receive FREE shipping and handling via United States Postal Service 2-3 day Priority Mail.

USPS Priority and UPS Ground orders can be expected within 2-5 business days.

We will notify you via email within 1 business day if a product is out of stock.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by DermTeam, Inc., please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by DermTeam, Inc. or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.

All returns are processed the Friday the week the package was delivered. Refunds appear on your credit card statement 5-7 days from the date the return is processed.
